Pricing policies
- At PLUGnPOINT, we strive to provide our customers with the most competitive prices in the market, and sometimes, errors may occur in the intention to do so. While PLUGnPOINT makes strenuous efforts to offer accurate product and pricing information, pricing or specific typographical are existing but uncommon.
- As a user, you recognize that product prices fluctuate regularly. PLUGnPOINT does not confirm any product price until the order itself is placed. The price at the purchase time is considered the product price.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the privilege to accept, reject and cancel orders that are yet to be shipped.
- Given that a particular product is priced incorrectly on the website due to a typographical error, PLUGnPOINT representatives, at their discretion, will cancel the placed order and notify the customer of this act through their e-mail.
- Products saved in your wishlist may encounter price changes. If this happens, you will get a notification on your e-mail informing you of the changes.

Delivery Policies
- In-house deliveries in the UAE, in which PLUGnPOINT.com is the service provider, usually take 3-5 business days. In other cases, products purchased from PLUGnPOINT.com, where there is a vendor, will be directly delivered by the supplier and may take around 5-7 working days.
- Delivery charges across the UAE are standard, although additional charges may apply based on product category, weight, and dimensions.
Quality Control
- To ensure an excellent customer experience, we often perform quality control over the orders sent on our end, from order processing, product packaging, local delivery, and after-sales service.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet quality control standards. In this case, PLUGnPOINT will notify the customer of their order status.
Terms and Conditions for Cash on Delivery
- Cash on delivery is applicable for orders above 3.67AED and under 5000AED.
- Processing and handling fees for all cash-on-delivery orders are 10AED.

- Cash-on-delivery orders are to be executed in 3-5 business days.
- At any stage, PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to cancel the placed order.
- Customers can reschedule their delivery up to 3 times before the order is subject to cancellation.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to refuse delivery if the customer abuses the rescheduling mechanic.
- The Cash on Delivery financing alternative is only valid for selected items.
- Pre-delivery, PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to cancel any orders using the financing option.
- For in-store pick-up, orders placed with the cash-on-delivery option will only be held for two business days, after which PLUGnPOINT will cancel the order and notify the customer.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to disable the in-store pick-up option for orders repeatedly abandoned.
Credit Card Use Policy
- You acknowledge that all credit card information provided is correct and accurate and that you have the authority to use said credit card for any transaction on PLUGnPOINT.com. You also accept that the provision of falsified information can lead to account termination.
- PLUGnPOINT will not disclose your personal credit card information to any third party unless required by law.
- PLUGnPOINT. is not responsible for any credit card misuse or fraud. The responsibility for using a fraudulent card lies with you, and the responsibility for “proving the opposite” lies solely with you.
Fraudulent /Declined Transaction
- PLUGnPOINT has the right to reclaim the cost of products, collection costs, and legal expenses from those who use the site fraudulently. PLUGnPOINT also reserves the right to terminate a user’s account if signs of fraudulent and malicious activity appear.
- If PLUGnPOINT finds that the customer used a false e-mail, ID, or payment method to prompt a transaction, the said order becomes annulled, and the user account is subject to immediate termination. If the user in question hasn’t registered, PLUGnPOINT reserves the judgment to deny them entry to the website.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to temporarily suspend credit card payment given probable cause, i.e., repeated refusal by the payment gateway or incorrect information. PLUGnPOINT also reserves the right to prosecute users for malicious exploitation of the site and any other illicit conduct, acts, or violations that breach the abovementioned terms and conditions.
Orders Subject to Canceled Transactions
- Orders placed due to falsely advertised images are subject to immediate cancelation.

Transactional Limitations
PLUGnPOINT will not allow order placements in the following situations.
- Multiple payment refusals (3 per day)
- Upon the 3rd refusal, PLUGnPOINT will temporarily suspend the credit/debit card payment method for 24 hours.
- Credit/debit cards must have a valid expiration date.
- Credit/debit cards used for order placement must be from GCC-compliant banks.
Shipping policies
PLUGnPOINT calculates shipping costs based on the following criteria.
- Package size, weight, dimensions
- Mode of transportation, such as land, air, sea, and train.
- The location from where you are shipping (city, state, country)
- The site to where you are shipping (destination country)
- PLUGnPOINT currently only ships in the UAE and cannot be held responsible for any tariffs, taxes, customs, or clearance fees applied if a product is bought and delivered outside the UAE.
Store-Pick up Locations
- Once you place an order, the arrangement and fulfillment can take up to 3-5 days. Once ready, PLUGnPOINT will notify you of your pick-up location details via registered e-mail.
- PLUGnPOINT will hold your order for up to 3 days before cancellation. During this period, PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to keep product status secret until ready for pick-up.
- PLUGnPOINT also reserves the privilege to cancel your order given significant circumstances. i.e., out of stock, defective.

Account Termination
- This user agreement is binding until one party wills otherwise; Both the user and PLUGnPOINT have the right to terminate the contract, given that in doing so, PLUGnPOINT will remove your account from the platform. If you decide to end the contract, you also recognize that this means you refrain from using the site until both parties agree upon a new contract.
- If PLUGnPOINT decides to end the contract, they have the absolute right to do so without sending any prior notice. PLUGnPOINT also reserves the right to deny you access to the platform without prior notification.
- Upon termination of the contract, you must erase any prior information or articles obtained from PLUGnPOINT. Cessation of said contract does not make payment for a purchased product void. Similarly, any pending liabilities are still applicable. PLUGnPOINT is authorized to exercise its privilege to protect any comments relevant to termination by said contract; regardless of contract expiration, all statements made by PLUGnPOINT survive the ordeal.
Defective Deliveries
- If any item with a valid warranty is delivered defective or not in working condition, you can notify PLUGnPOINT by e-mail or using the LiveChat option on the website. Our delivery team will then reach out to you and collect the product. PLUGnPOINT will then thoroughly examine the product.
- If the product passes the inspection test, PLUGnPOINT will return the product to the customer.
- If the product fails the inspection test, a refund will be issued and processed in 7-14 business days.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to inspect the product for a few days until their investigation concludes. PLUGnPOINT also reserves the right to keep product status during inspection secret.
- Repeated defective enquires that pass the inspection test will result in a temporary account suspension. Furthermore, the customer will be ineligible for COD and warranty extensions.
- PLUGnPOINT reserves the right to terminate a user’s account or deny them service if found that they are manipulating the return function.
PLUGnPOINT Maintenance
You agree to all of the following terms listed below:
- Once a maintenance request is submitted, you will be assigned a ticket detailing when PLUGnPOINT will receive the product. Once inspection and repairs are complete, we will notify you about your product.
- You have about 60 days to collect the product before our engineers dispose of it. During collection, you must have a receipt or any digital proof signifying that you are the authorized individual there for the delivery.
- All products for inspection, maintenance, and analysis are sent with the owner’s permission.
o The user grants PLUGnPOINT and its engineers permission to alter, maintain, and modify their work.
o The user acknowledges that PLUGnPOINT is not responsible for any loss of data.
o The user acknowledges that the product warranty only covers the manufacturer’s defects. PLUGnPOINT does not consider other types of physical damage and tampering.
- Software damages are not part of the warranty. Viruses and malware also count as part of software damages.
- The user acknowledges that sending a product for maintenance incurs NON – REFUNDABLE charges. The user agrees to pay for the inspection, collection, delivery, and hardware replacement. PLUGnPOINT will waive some or all of these charges if the product is still in warranty.
Digital communication
- Anytime you use the live chat function or ask a question on PLUGnPOINT.com, you communicate with us digitally. In tandem, our replies, notifications, alerts, and legal disclosures are also available to you digitally.
- As a user, you recognize that all relevant information is easily accessible while using the website. You also acknowledge and agree with the terms and conditions prevalent in digital communication.
You Confirm and Agree
- Given the instance. a product is delivered to the wrong address due to invalid details provided by the customer. PLUGnPOINT will apply additional charges for redelivery.

- PLUGnPOINT is not liable in any cases where external users exploit user account access.
- You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten representatives on the app.
- You agree not to spread malicious information or any undesirable forms of content.
- If PLUGnPOINT finds you guilty of such acts, they have full right to terminate your account and press charges.
- Any relevant unlawful acts are treated seriously by our representatives as they intrude on the experience of other users, hence why we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the spread of misinformation.
Returns and Cancellations
Refunds within (7) days of receiving item/s
If you have received a product and want to return it for reasons other than the product being defective, you have up to one week (7 days) from the date of receiving. The guidelines for the return are as follows:
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with the original packaging.
- Products that are part of bundle deals must have all items returned.
- PLUGnPOINT will not refund the initial delivery fees. Any external shipping charges will also not be refunded.
- Refunds are only applicable to the purchase price. If the prices change after the date of purchase, PLUGnPOINT will still issue the refund based on the initial purchase price.
- PLUGnPOINT will issue refunds to credit/debit cards in 7-14 business days. For wallet refunds, the amount will be instantaneous. You can contact our customer service team for further information and help regarding refunds.
Refunds after (7) days of receiving an item/s
- Unless the product is defective, returning the product may not be possible in the case of some individual sellers. Customers can request PLUGnPOINT to contact the seller to arrange perhaps a return of products, but if the seller does not wish to accept, the return will not happen.
- PLUGnPOINT is not responsible or liable for return product requests not being accepted. The user acknowledges that when they purchase any product, they know the policies attached to the purchase.

- Since PLUGnPOINT harbours a diverse mix of vendors, the customer must review the policies of each vendor they plan to buy from since some may offer longer or shorter warranties/guaranties.
- PLUGnPOINT.Com is not liable for warranty and guarantee offerings on the website.
- As the user, you are solely responsible for informing yourself of the policies before placing an order. Users can notify PLUGnPOINT customer care for further investigative action if there is a false advertisement on the website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
· The following agreement is governed and interpreted per the law of the UAE. PLUGnPOINT will arbitrate any disputes of legal substance amongst stakeholders. Their decision will be binding on other stakeholders. In the case of arbitration, disputes, or purchase claims, the governing and diagnosis follow UAE laws. The result of any proceedings ongoing, pre or post, will be exclusively dealt with by the courts of Dubai, who have sole jurisdiction.

- Using this site or having access to it does not mean that the user or party has permission to use its content. PLUGnPOINT reserves the sole privilege and rights to exercise its license on their behalf in the case of third-party vendors and their intellectual property. Comment, Feedback, and Review Policies
- All reviews, comments, wishlists, and other consumer data submitted, whether disclosed or non-disclosed, posted on PLUGnPOINT.com, belongs to PLUGnPOINT. Information otherwise supplied in response or feedback to specific products, features, and services is also the property of PLUGnPOINT.
- Since PLUGnPOINT retains all the rights to the aforementioned intellectual property, they are not limited to its commercial use. Currency Transaction
· PLUGnPOINT reports all transactions in UAE Dirhams (AED). Users who wish to transact in a different currency must acknowledge that PLUGnPOINT is not liable for currency rate differences. PLUGnPOINT also reserves the right to deny orders unable to be converted by the bank/s.
User Privacy
· PLUGnPOINT will not sell your personal information for any purpose without your permission. PLUGnPOINT will only use your information for terms previously specified in both the terms and conditions.
DISCLAIMER
PLUGnPOINT reserves the decision to cancel any order under the following conditions:
- Unverifiable information pertains to all information that PLUGnPOINT cannot verify in person for COD and online orders.
- Bank concerns about user identity: If a user’s bank account displays unusual activity, the bank may block purchases and inform PLUGnPOINT to cancel the order.
- Repeating offender for the following
o Payment rejections: Repeated declines for credit/debit cards
o Repeated redelivery scheduling: If the customer continuously updates their delivery location, PLUGnPOINT can refuse their order.
o Unauthorized purchase: If PLUGnPOINT is informed that an unauthorized user made the purchase, PLUGnPOINT will cancel the order.
- Out-of-stock product: PLUGnPOINT may initially accept an order but later reject it due to unavailable stock.
- Defective product: If products pre-delivery are found in an unsatisfactory condition, PLUGnPOINT will cancel the delivery.
User Agreement
· Given that any part of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, PLUGnPOINT will consider a replacement that evaluates all previous provisions and revises and reiterates all the terms and conditions previously stated. The remainder of the agreement will remain valid and enforceable until considered nonbinding.
· PLUGnPOINT does not insure warranty, product quality, value, and durability claims. These are products and services sold by 3rd party vendors and re-sellers. At any point, you cannot hold PLUGnPOINT liable for damages pertaining to the abovementioned terms. As a user, you may discover inconsistencies and inform PLUGnPOINT for further clarification or rectification, but any objectionable or misleading information that warrants additional caution can be directly reported.
